These Job Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish the expectations and responsibilities that guide our relationship with team members.

Agreement and Acknowledgment

By accepting employment with Macan Studios, you agree to comply with these Terms and understand that any violation may result in immediate termination.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to work with Macan Studios.

Professional Conduct and Responsibilities

Maintaining Professionalism

You are required to maintain a professional demeanor as a representative of our company. This includes separating personal emotions from work to ensure decisions align with the company's priorities.

Company Representation

Decisions must be driven by the company’s interests and priorities, avoiding personal biases or preferences.

Client Communication Standards

Authorized Communication Channels

All client interactions must occur solely within the designated ticketing system to ensure transparency and accountability.

Prohibited Direct Messaging

Unauthorized direct messaging or interactions with clients are strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule may result in immediate termination without entitlement to pending payouts.

Ticket Management Guidelines

Ticket Claim Policy

Claim only tickets you are confident in fulfilling to avoid wasted time and resources.

Obligation to Fulfill Tickets

Once a ticket is claimed, it must be completed regardless of employment status or contract termination to ensure continuity and client satisfaction.

Quality Assurance and Client Focus

Client-Centric Decision-Making

Respect and prioritize the client's ideas and decisions. While suggestions may be offered, the client's preferences take precedence.

Maintaining Workload Balance

Ensure quality by managing a reasonable number of active tickets. Overloading may lead to ticket reassignment or termination for quality assurance purposes.

Refunds and Dispute Policies

Refund Obligations

In case of unresolved ticket issues, you are required to issue a refund either. Failure to do so may lead to a formal dispute being initiated against you.

Formal Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to payouts, tickets, or other employment matters must be formally directed to management through the team panel.

Employment and Performance Requirements

Minimum Activity Standards

Team members are required to engage with at least one ticket per month to remain an active member of the team.

Compliance with Management

Non-compliance with management instructions may result in termination. Should you disagree with company directives, resignation is the recommended course.

Grounds for Termination

Macan Studios reserves the right to terminate employment for unsatisfactory performance, misconduct, or any violation of these Terms.

Payout Schedule and Revenue Structure

Payout Process

Payouts can be requested via cryptocurrencies once the work is completed and confirmed by the client.

Requested payouts are processed and completed within 7 days of submission. During this 7-day Clearing Period, if the client reports a valid dispute (such as major bugs or unmet requirements), the payout may be delayed or withheld at Macan Studios’ discretion.

Revenue Breakdown

  1. Base Revenue: 60%
  2. On-time Delivery Bonus: +10%

Terms Modification Policy

Right to Modify

Macan Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Effective Date of Changes

Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
